Review of Oil & Gas Law XXIX
August 14-15, 2014 - Dallas, Texas.
Tuition is $325 for advanced registration, $310 for DBA Energy Law Section members, and $350 for on-site registration. All advance registrations must be received by no later than August 1, 2014. Seating is limited; registration is first-come, first-serve. The breakfasts, lunches and course materials are included in tuition. Course materials for those that cannot attend are available for purchase at $200.00.
Seminar Site and Parking
The Belo Mansion at 2101 Ross Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75201.
Parking at the Belo Mansion is $10.00 per day for non-DBA members and $4.00 per day for DBA members.
This program is designed to provide a review of Texas oil and gas law, including a discussion of current events. Approval for 13.75 hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit has been requested and is expected to be approved, including 3.50 hours of professional ethics. Additional approval is being sought from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for credit toward the continuing legal education requirements for certification and re-certification in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. Such approval is expected to be received. Certified Professional Landman accreditation for this program is pending approval. MCLE credit has also been requested and is expected to be approved by the Oklahoma Bar.
The Sheraton Dallas Hotel, the Dallas Marriott Center and the Fairmont Dallas are within walking distance to the Belo Mansion.
Refunds, less a $50 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received by 5:00 p.m. on August 1, 2014.
